Dancing Dragon Building

The Dancing Dragon Building is located in the Stand Quarter and has 10 floors, all accessible by the stairs, there is also a lift that stops at floors 1, 5 and 10. Most of the floors are just housing flats but there are two floors which have shops Ryo can visit. Initially a password is needed for Ryo to use the stairs to get past the guards.
