Golden Quarter

The Golden Quarter is a smaller quarter in Wan Chai with mostly expensive looking shops such as the several jewellers. A busy road runs down the middle of the quarter and there is also a shopping centre here. The quarter has access to Green Market Quarter, White Dynasty Quarter and Lucky Charm Quarter.

Another of the few jewellers in this quarter. The owner isn't as rude as the owner of the Glamorous Jewelers and is actually willing to talk to Ryo. It's possible this jeweller specifies more in gems.
Glamorous Jewelers

The Glamorous Jewelers is one of the few jewellers in this quarter. The owner asks Ryo to leave as this is a "high quality establishment" and they don't allow people to walk in wearing jeans. She is quite rude and is of little assistance.

Another of the few jewellers in this quarter. A young woman can usually be found behind the counter, she is willing to talk to Ryo but will also try to sell him diamonds at the same time.
Golden Shopping Mall

This is a 2 floored shopping mall, but none of the shops inside seem to be open. However there are people performing martial arts in the centre, even ex-Guang Martial Arts School student, Zongquan Bai, can be seen here performing martial arts moves for money.
Juk Man Bookstore

Located next to the S.I.C. Pool Hall is this large book store which carries a large variety of books. People can often be seen browsing here, and there is usually someone behind the counter.
Moon Cafe

The Moon Cafe is a large, up-market looking cafe located next to Pop Ice Cream Store. There can usually be someone find behind the counter, as well as customers drinking tea. Towards the back portion of the cafe there is a jukebox.
Pine Game Arcade

A large video game arcade which takes up several floors. All games here cost $5 per credit, and the games available are:
- Excite QTE 2
- Neo Darts
- Space Harrier
- Darts 7
- Outrun
- QTE Title
You can also play darts against opponents for money, and there are two capsule toy machines near the front - SEGA Collection and Virtua Fighter II. On the second floor is a slot house and the third floor is open to street fights on occassions.

This shop used to be known as Man Mo Popsicles but was bought and completely re-vamped into what it is today. It's quite a big store compared to other quarters and customers can usually be seen eating inside.

Despite this being called a Pool Hall there aren't pool tables inside. There is however a darts machine where you can play opponents for money. Apart from that the place is a bar where people can be seen drinking and relaxing.

This is a small slot house which serves 1 bet, 5 bet, 10 bet and 20 bet machines. This is also the only dedicated slot house in Wan Chai, with only the slot machines at the Pine Video Arcade as an alternative.
Tomato Convenience Store

The Tomato Convenience Store is similar to the one in [[Dobuita], Yokosuka and has a few items on sale. Everytime you buy some, Ryo will receive a free capsule toy. This shop is also where Izumi Takano works, and she can usually be found here. Outside the store are two Toy Capsule machines - SEGA Sonic and Vehicles.
