Masaya Tokumitsu (Japanese: 徳光正弥) is member of the Mad Angels gang that operates in the New Yokosuka Harbour District. He was expelled from high school after he attacked a teacher and has since then been hanging around with motorcycle gangs before stopping with the Mad Angels after hearing about them. He has a violent nature and is a skilled fighter, taking advantage of his well-built body. His skills are highly regarded amongst the other gang members.
