Osamu Murakawa is an officer of the regional police force who monitors activites around the neighbourhood of Dobuita, and can often be seen patrolling the area. He is also working on an operation to uncover a large-scale drug smuggling deal. In the past he worked with the riot-police due to his size and strength, but he transferred as he wanted to use his brains more in his job.
