The South Carmain Quarter is a somewhat run-down looking area in Wan Chai with several closed businesses and tired looking buildings. Very few businesses are still running in the area, and there is also an apartment building although it's future seems uncertain. This quarter has exits leading to the Green Market Quarter, White Dynasty Quarter and the Wise Men's Quarter.

The Lotus Park is a small park that stands out most for it's bright red trees. This is where Jianmin Tao can often be found practising Tai Chi.

The Man Mo Realtors is located near the Sunny Capital Pharmacy. However it is boarded up and closed down, perhaps gone out of business.

Sunny Capital Pharmacy
One of the few running businesses in this area. The shop itself seems to carry mostly herbal medicine and is run by an elderly man who can usually be seen sitting inside with his dog. His granddaughter, Xiaoqin, helps him with the store and can usually be found standing outside.

The Yan Tin Apartments is a somewhat run-down looking three-storey apartment building. The building is under the eye of some land sharks who want to tear the place down, despite this, Guixiang Lee who lives on the ground floor refuses to leave. Lishao Tao also used to live here before she moved to the Da Yuan Apartments in the Wise Men's Quarter.
