The Stand Quarter is located in Kowloon and there is a fountain in the centre. The area is surrounded by lots of stalls selling various wares such as food and clothing.

The Blue Dragon Garden can only be accessed once you have been given the three photos from the Scout, and you have paid the $1000 entrance fee. Down the steps at the bottom of the garden is a fighting arena for street fights.

The Fighting Place is a small section surrounded by buildings off the Stand Quarter. The area is now being used exclusively for arm wrestling matches.

The Small Dragon Garden is a small area off of the Stand Quarter which, once you have gone down all the steps, leads to an area for street fighting. The opponent in this area is Wenyuan Ma who uses the Passive Raid Style.
