The Thousand White Quarter is the first quarter Ryo comes to after leaving Dragon Street in Kowloon. The quarter leads to several small areas which have gambling in them, as well as 3 large buildings. Ryo is also able to find work here lifting crates. There is also street fighting available in this area, the opponent is Enjiang Zhou who uses an Acrobat Style.

Cafe Anna is a small little place around near the Ghost Hall Building. Ryo can't actually buy anything here but there are usually people around if Ryo needs to ask a question.

The Construction Base is a small area off of the Thousand White Quarter which is now home to street fights. In this area the opponent is Dongshan Su who uses the Iron Head Style.

The Former Barracks is a small area connected to the Thousand White Quarter which is now used to host Street Fighting. This particular area shows Mongolian Wrestling, there are three Wrestlers in this area - Nadam, Agon and Uzun.

Former Factory Site

The Former Factory Site is a small enclosed area off of Thousand White Quarter. The area is now used specifically for street fighting, the opponent is Hanqing Qin who uses the Iron Thrust Style.

Old Government Office Site

Old Government Office Site

The Old Government Office Site is located at the end of a the tunnel from Thousand White Quarter and the Dimsum Quarter. It's a small area where a building used to stand and now only the reamins of it still stand. The area is now used as a small gambling site.

Thousand White Warehouse

Thousand White Warehouse

The Thousand White Warehouse can be accessed either from the Thousand White Building, or from a series of doors outside in the Quarter itself, located opposite the Lucky Hit Stands near the entrance to the Yellow Head Building. Congo can usually be found standing outside the warehouse, and if you talk to him or the woman inside in the warehouse it's possible to get a job lifting crates. There's also a jukebox inside the warehouse.
