Wentai Zhou (Chinese: 周文台) is a butcher who owns the Good Omen Butcher shop in the Green Market Quarter of Wan Chai. His shop is right next door to another butcher shop, the Healthy Meat Shop, Wentai comments that Taiyuan Guo, the owner of the Healthy Meat Shop, is sulking about something. Originally it was planned for an event to occur in which Wentai and Taiyuan were fighting over the same woman, but it never made it into the final game.
