Yuanpei Xin (CHinese: 辛元培) works as a salesperson, operating the Fortune's Pier Stand found in the Fortune's Pier in Aberdeen. At the stand he sells Zippo Lighters as well as hot dogs.

He also had another stand at the Aberdeen port, selling watches, but after the port closes he moved his stand to the Fortune's Pier.
